Refund policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel Pro from your account page whenever you like. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

First payment: 14-day refund

If Pro isn't right for you, email contact@opencallsboard.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

Later payments

Renewals aren't normally refunded, because you can cancel before the next renewal. If you were charged by mistake (for example, you forgot to cancel and haven't used Pro since), email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll look at it fairly.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law, such as an EU or UK right to cancel.
